HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference will be held at ATA headquarters and discounted hotel reservations can be made at neighboring hotels in the immediate vicinity for ATA guests and staff.
The Washington, DC metropolitan area experiences high volumes of transient business, causing many hotels to sell out. For this reason, select hotel rates are subject to non-last room availability (NLRA): meaning that should the preferred rate not be available, the best available house rate will prevail. You are encouraged to make reservations early to secure a room at discounted rates.

If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA/MSC, or the meeting in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them. If you have already made hotel reservations through any of these companies, ATA/MSC cannot guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.
