Nadia Evangelou
Nadia is a Senior Economist & Director of Real Estate Research at the National Association of REALTORS®. While all real estate is local, she focuses on regional and local market trends, including the effects of changing demographic and migration patterns. Nadia has been involved in research and analysis on local housing affordability conditions and local solutions to increase housing inventory. She also studies the effects of federal policies on the real estate market.
Lindsay Bur
Lindsay Bur is a Director of Data Science & Economics with the American Trucking Associations reporting directly to the Chief Economist. Since joining ATA in 2021, Lindsay has led the publication of numerous economic reports and stewards the collection and analysis of economic data as it relates to the trucking industry. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s in economics and a minor in statistical analysis.
Hamilton Fout
Hamilton Fout is Fannie Mae’s Vice President of Economic & Strategic Research, reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Economist. Fout is responsible for providing the forecasts of loan volumes and profiles to various business units of Fannie Mae. Fout is an important source of information regarding regional housing risks, home price dynamics and forecasts, interest rate model updates and projections, the transmission of macro developments through the mortgage market, stress testing, and issues related to mortgage risks and cash flows.
Congressman Mike Waltz
Congressman Mike Waltz is a Colonel (Ret.) in the National Guard, a combat-decorated Green Beret, former White House and Pentagon policy advisor, a small business owner, an author, and a proud father. He is the first Green Beret to be elected to Congress.
Monique Riddick
Monique Riddick started her career with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) in 2010. Before that, she worked in corporate America in the relocation/moving industry for many years. Currently, she is the Chief of the Commercial Enforcement Division in the Office of Safety. In this role, she is responsible for implementing the Household Goods (HHG) Program and overseeing brokers, freight forwarders and automobile haulers.
Rebecca Rockey
Rebecca Rockey is an economist and is the Global Head of Economic Analysis & Forecasting at Cushman & Wakefield. In her role, she studies how economies, demographics, financial markets and commercial real estate interact—both at the macro and micro level. She is responsible for the production of national/metro-level commercial real estate forecasts for various property types across the Americas, develops predictive econometric and statistical models to enhance the firms’ analytical capabilities and contributes to numerous white papers, webinars, media requests and presentations.
Dr. Mark Palim
Dr. Mark Palim is Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President at Fannie Mae. He is responsible for overseeing the corporate macroeconomic and housing forecasting functions. In addition, he manages multi-disciplinary partnerships across the company to address specific business issues facing Fannie Mae. Dr. Palim is a key spokesperson on economic and housing market trends and a frequent speaker at national mortgage finance and housing industry conferences.
Bob Costello
Bob Costello is the Chief Economist and Senior Vice President for the American Trucking Associations (ATA), the national trade association for the trucking industry. As Chief Economist, he manages all of ATA's collection, analysis and dissemination of trucking economic information. This includes several monthly trucking economic indicators, motor carrier financial and operating data, an annual freight transportation forecast, driver wage studies, weekly diesel fuel price and economic reports, and a yearly trucking almanac.
