We are pleased to share that the FMCSA has agreed to participate in this year’s Call on Washington for a Breakfast Q&A Session with movers regarding the nature of industry complaints, trends in consumer fraud, and areas where FMCSA could benefit from industry’s support. Monique Riddick started her career with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) in 2010. Before that, she worked in corporate America in the relocation/moving industry for many years. Currently, she is the Chief of the Commercial Enforcement Division in the Office of Safety.
