Change & Cancellation Policy
- ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.
- Changes: August 15 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests.
- Cancellations: August 15 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after August 15.

When registering online you have the opportunity to indicate any Dietary Restrictions.
Dietary restrictions include any food allergies, intolerances, or restrictions of which we should be aware, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy allergies, shellfish allergies, and nut allergies.
