- View the ATA DC Hotel Rates for a listing of the partner hotels, booking policies and links for each hotel. ATA cannot assist with housing reservations or changes.

Change & Cancellation Policy
- ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.
- Changes: The deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests has PASSED. Beginning Tuesday, September 10, change requests will be accepted on-site at the Registration Desk.
- Cancellations: The deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund has passed.
- No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after August 9.
