Do not participate if you do not reside in the United States or if you reside in the states of Texas, Georgia, or Minnesota. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Term: Promotion is open 8/10/2025 until 9/10/2025. Contributions to Truck PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to Truck PAC are for political purposes. All contributions are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions will be screened and those from outside the restricted class (non-members) and those from individuals who have not given prior approval may be returned. An individual is free to contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest, but may not contribute more than $5,000 per calendar year. Cash contributions limited to aggregate total of $100 per person per calendar year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31). Federal law requires political committees to report the name, address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Entry into this sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of sweepstakes rules, full official rules can be found at trucking.org/truck-pac. Odds of winning depend on number of entries distributed.
